Near the district of La Joya, in Antequera, in a narrow and long plot with stunning views of the Guadalhorce and Abdalajis valleys, we designed a small property that can be used either as rural tourist accommodation or as rural home.

The small sized dwelling is divided in 2 well defined sections: a space the leads you outdoors through a porch lined with a light local material, and a more intimate space with 2 main rooms and a bathroom.

In order to minimize cost as much as possible, the design will be done according to the applicable regulations using materials and techniques from the area.
