At OCWARCHITECTS SLP we take your privacy very seriously and we are committed to protecting and safeguarding your personal data. What regulations apply?
OCWARCHITECTS SLP develops an active policy of personal data protection in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights; Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
For what purpose do we collect your personal information?
The main purpose for which we collect and process personal data is to provide the service you have entrusted to us.

anonymized, pseudonymized and, exceptionally, through the use of personal data.
- All groups with access to this website may enjoy services

To whom do we communicate your personal data?
Your personal information will be made available to Judges, Courts and Public Administrations in anticipation of possible liabilities arising from the processing. Likewise, we have the legal duty to collaborate with the Security Forces and Corps when necessary.
In cases where we are required by law or have the authority to do so, we will not ask for your consent, but we will do so in cases where we need to provide data to third parties in order to provide you with a service. For example, we may share data with collaborating companies.

Are there international data transfers?
No international data transfers are planned. Should there be a need to do so, we will always ensure that the data travels to countries where they are safe, either because they comply with European regulations or because they have signed specific agreements regarding data protection.
How long do we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the period corresponding to the processing for which they are necessary, to comply with legal obligations, or until their deletion is requested by the interested party and is entitled to do so. They will also be kept for the time necessary to resolve possible liabilities that may arise from the processing.
For reasons of archiving in the public interest, data may sometimes be retained permanently. In such cases, only the data that is essential will be stored.
How do we protect information?
At OCWARCHITECTS SLP, we apply technical and organizational measures to try to guarantee the security of information systems and thus avoid theft, alteration or unauthorized access to data.
In the event of subcontracting services, we will require and ensure that the data controller applies measures similar to those implemented by OCWARCHITECTS SLP.

The exercise of rights is personal and therefore we need to identify you unequivocally. In all cases, you must provide the following documentation:

- Petition in which the request is specified.
- Address for notifications, date and signature of the applicant.

Who guarantees your rights? Who can you complain to?
We will try to respond to your request in the best possible way. However, if you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint or obtain additional information about the regulation of the processing of personal data with the competent control authority, the state control authority being the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
