La Zambomba Apartment Renovation

The renovation of this apartment from the 90s, with postmodernist finishes and predominating functionality over aesthetics, was based on taking advantage of the location with sea views and the reorganisation of the common spaces to be able to enjoy them. We established the interior-exterior communication, using the terrace as a continuous space in order to take advantage of the location and be able to visualize the horizon from every corner.
